1. What products do you sell? We specialize in monitor light bars - sleek, clip-on LED lights that attach to the top of your computer monitor. They provide even, glare-free illumination for your keyboard and desk, reducing eye strain during long work or gaming sessions. We currently offer one model, the BABAN Light Bar, designed for monitors up to 38 inches wide.
2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are outside the US, we hope to expand soon, so check back later.
3. What are your shipping options and times? We offer Standard shipping: 7-14 business days, priced at $15. Please note that orders require 1-3 business days of processing time before dispatch. Once your package ships, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number.
4. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact us first at support@baban.shop. We will provide instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
5. How do I track my order? As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to see the latest status and estimated delivery date. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days after ordering, contact us.
6. Is the light bar compatible with my monitor? Our light bar uses a clamp that fits most flat-screen monitors and laptops with a bezel thickness between 0.2 to 1.2 inches. It works on curved screens up to 1000R. If you are unsure about compatibility, email us your monitor model and we will confirm before you order.
7. How does the light bar help reduce eye strain? The light bar's angled lens creates a focused beam that illuminates your desk without reflecting on your screen. This reduces the contrast between the bright screen and dark surroundings, which is a common cause of eye fatigue. It also has a flicker-free driver and offers three color temperature modes (3000K, 4500K, 6500K) to suit your environment.
8. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not already been processed. To cancel, email us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process instead.
